  • When you are done with the sign-up and login, you see your latest plan validity and balance displayed on the app dashboard.

You will receive a message on the number from which you requested to know the balance. Or you can send a message by type MBAL to 55333 and you will receive a text message containing your balance details. You send  JIO to  199-To know your Jio number.
