The admin panel that we create for the software is very different and productive for managing an institute. Admin has all the privileges and control over the institute through this panel. The admin panel we create is interactive and simple to use. To use this panel it doesn’t need programming knowledge and any advanced level knowledge of computers. Moreover, the admin is able to manage the franchisee and website through this panel.
Admin creates franchisee and adds new courses to the website from this panel. Admin gets a list of the student with a filter search feature that allows the admin to search a specific student or search a bunch of students from the date filter.
This panel allows the franchisee to enroll new students. The franchisee panel allows the center to make changes to the student details. The franchisee enters fee payment for the student and all the details are saved and displayed to the admin. The franchisee can enter marks for the mark sheet for the student. The franchisee can make a request for a certificate and mark sheet for the student. Also can make the material requests through this panel. Also, the franchisee can check the status of the request the franchisee made.

The user end of the UJU Training Management Software contents multiple dynamic fields, where multiple contents can be created by the admin. The contents can be changed or updated as per the admin choice through Admin Panel. The admin doesn’t require any programming knowledge for the content change. All these fields can be modified, updated and deleted from the Admin panel remotely and in real time basis. This makes it very much easier as well as user friendly to handle its user end from the Admin panel without any difficulties.
Here the admin has the maximum power. The admin can add a new franchisee and then the franchisee adds a new student for the institute. The admin can also update and edit all details of the franchisee and students. Admin is able to see all the students added by the franchisees. The admin can track the number of students added or the number of fees collected by the franchisees. Admin gets all the certificate requests and the material request made by the center. Also, the admin gets all the audit reports submitted by different centers per month.
Privileges & Restriction
The hierarchy system allows the admin to block franchisees as per admin wishes. Admin can also reject requests for material and make the certificate request pending for the student if wants to. Admin also gets all the franchisee’s inquiries and queries. The admin is the only one that can generate certificates and mark sheets for the student and the center can only send requests for the certificate and the mark sheets.
Update Previous Details
The details of the individuals can be edited and updated if they are required. Each and every entry that has been entered into the database can easily be edited and updated using this feature. This makes it easy and reliable for any to store the information without any worry of being a permanent mistake.
We create custom forms, as per the client’s requirement. We give all the required fields in the form and extra fields what the client is needed. We the desired form for our client to make their work easy and decrease their workload.
Generate PDF Certificate
We have created a very specific auto-generate Certificate and mark sheet for each student in PFD format. And Students can download and see their certificate from the website if they want to. The PDF layout was designed and made as per the design given to us by the client.
